- Transparent process – online posting of proposed repertoire from orchestras being considered for the 2013 festival, posted for the online community to see between now (October 20) and November 19, 2010; orchestras will not be posted by name, only the proposed repertoire will be posted; orchestras reserve the right to request that their submission of repertoire not be posted; the online community is invited to comment on the proposed repertoire and orchestras are free to change their proposed repertoire up until November 19
- After November 19, 2010, programs are locked in for selection by SPRING FOR MUSIC Artistic Director Thomas W. Morris for the 2013 SPRING FOR MUSIC festival; the chosen 2013 orchestras and programs will be announced in February 2011.
